Blend:25% Grenache and 25% Mourvèdre (Uplift Vineyard); 20% Tannat, 20% Petite Sirah and 10% Montepulciano (Ab Astris Estate Vineyard)

Tasting Notes: Our2021 Apricus Rosé is deep salmon in color. On the nose, it has notes of cooked rhubarb, fresh cranberry, Rainier cherry, and peach blossoms. Red grapefruit, peach, passionfruit and white peppercorn round out the palate.
